Student Information Center

SIC came into existence with the initiative support along with very useful suggestions from the students studying and living in Delhi suggesting that such a center should be existed here in Delhi as it would be very helpful in resolving the different issues related to their studies.OSI funded for this center to enable to run efficiently in Delhi.

The Student Information Center provides necessary information to those students who want to get admission at Indian educational institutions in New Delhi and elsewhere. The Center will also assist them meet with knowledgeable people from education field so that they can get technical advice for their suitable and right choice.

The center will be functioned by two staff members who will be handling the day to day work of the office. There will also be a regular meeting of the staff at every weekend in order to discuss the progress and day to day work of the center. It is also envisaged that frequent visit to the universities and colleges will be necessary .The center will remain open five days a week from 10am to 4 pm.

Sic conducted students gathering on 11/12/2004. A total of 48 students participated Wholeheartedly and contributed their valuable suggestions on the progress and Further functioning of the center. In this gathering, many students advised that the center Should provide more opportunity and facility to the students like library room, coaching Class to the needy students and educational programmes.Sic achieved some momentum in this regard.
